ToolPlexerEndpoints
POST /v1/execute
Let ToolPlexer pick a provider for a capability. Billed.
Pass a task. ToolPlexer routes across the catalog (quality, price, availability) and runs the chosen endpoint. Same billing as run.
The response is 200 when the selected tool completes inline, or 202 with a
runId when the selected tool is asynchronous. Poll
GET /v1/runs/get until a terminal status.
