toolplexer runs stop
Stop a queued or running workspace run.
Stop a run that has not reached a terminal state. Stopping is asynchronous; use
runs get to confirm the final state. Upstream work may already have started.

Terminal runs cannot be stopped. The response includes the run's control and settlement state.
